EUCUMBENE RIVER
Eucumbene has been fishing better than expected with some good results coming from Kiandra up and down best flies are bead head nymphs running into the deeper holes.
With the dry flies red tags, Red Humpy’s, Caddis Nat and White,
Best results have been early mornings and late afternoons.
Down at providence fishing has been ok up to Denison with woolly buggers into the deep holes, If your after fish this is a great way to get them in the middle of the day.
Still the snowy mountains is getting smashed with hot weather so wear the right clothing and take plenty of water.

On the Monaro fishing has been very slow with water temps up high so most fishers have been good and leaving them alone.

LAKE EUCUMBENE FLY FISHING
Lake Eucumbene 27%
Eucumbene has been up and down on the fly with all this hot weather most days have been around 35 degrees and the water temp up around 24 and 26 degrees.
So the best times for fishing have been early mornings before daylight and late into the afternoons well into the dark, using weighted flies woolly buggers, woolly worms, Nymphs,  and Intermediate line.
Dry fly fishing best times have been early morning with a nymph dropper this has been working only in the mornings. As the sun starts to rise and you can see the wind lane try to keep the fly just of it you only have a short time with this as the sun comes up it moves out quick.
Best areas have been Rushes, Seven Gates, Braemer Bay, Most other places have been quite.
Best flies stay on the wet better results

JINDABYNE FLY FISHING
Lake Jindabyne 83%
Jindabyne has it’s up’s and downs but again fish at the right times you will get results.
Over on the mountain side late in the afternoons have been great with some good rainbows starting to come up taking black muddlers and double woolly buggers
If your fishing in the mornings best using two woolly buggers or woolly worms with a Intermediate line this is working well.
Best areas are, Weston Shore Bay, Edwards Bay, Colorado Bay and around Widows Creek
Best flies, stay on the wet flies around jindy better results day and night

EUCUMBENE LAKE TROLLING
Eucumbene has been up and down at times but that depends on where you fish, Up around anglers reach and Old Adaminaby has been slow best trolling early mornings before daylight
Over at braemer bay things have been picking up with Tassie devils doing the best and large Mapso spinners.
Buckenderra has been doing well with tassies and Rapalas, Mapso spinners, most trolling has been doing the best early mornings well before daylight and late in the afternoons
Rushes bay much the same with Tassies doing the job
Seven gates still bring the best with trolling going well on all lures early or late
Overall the lake has been fishing well on most lures so get up early is the key and as the sun comes up start moving out into deeper waters.

Best Tassie Devils 13.5 grams, 45,15,48,4,44,Y05,125
