Luke is 33 years old and has been living in Jindabyne in the Snowy Mountains for most of his adult life.

Luke has taught and guided fly fishing for more than 8 years, guiding many fishermen from Australia and around the world, guiding the multiple world champion French team for the 1999 world championships held in Jindabyne at 27 years of age.

The French team came second to the Australians, a perfect result, and a great guiding experience.

Luke has featured in a promotional video of the World Championships with Pascal Cognard, three times individual world champion, filmed by John Haenke of Off Shore productions, producer of the Wild Fish series. Luke also features in the latest promotional video for NSW Fisheries Gaden Trout Hatchery.

He has also been a guest on Fishing Australia with Rob Paxevanous, seen Australia wide on the Win television network.
