LAKE EUCUMBENE FLY
BUCKENDERRA, Well it can’t get any better the lake is rising and the fish are fighting reports have been good with rainbows and browns in close and out wide.
Best fishing has been early and late afternoons with plenty of fish rising.
Best flies have been small nymphs , Tadpoles, Buzzers, Stick Caddis and Woolly Buggers
At the moment Buckenderra is the place to be.
RUSHES BAY, Much like Buckenderra fishing well and just getting better by the day
SEVEN GATES, Has been good with some good reports coming in pick your days over there cloudy days and late afternoons
Not many reports on the top end on the flies but the way the lake is rising things are looking good
TANGTANGRA
Is rising fast and looking good fishing has been ok but mostly in the shallow bays Woolly Buggers are working well
LAKE JINDABYNE
On the fly has had it’s ups and downs but still not many fly reports coming in but the lake is rising fast
Overall Eucumbene is the place to be and it sounds like the rainbows are back.
RIVERS
Most rivers are running fast and high and have been very difficult to fish so we are looking around Mid November things should be firing up.
Well from top to the bottom end of the lake has been trolling well good reports from Old Adaminaby down to Buckenderra
With the water covering new ground and the rain still coming down has made things even better
Most Tassie Devils are working well, Minnows Bullets, Strike Pro and Rapalas
Some really good fish have been caught rainbows and browns
At the moment trolling has been good all over, Time to get up here why it’s going good and it looks like it will for some time now.
LAKE JINDABYNE TROLLING
Not to bad but mostly on the tassie devils and tassie spoons
More reports would be good so if you are up that way drop some in please.
Overall Lake Eucumbene has been the place to go trolling is at it’s best

Bait fishing has been at it’s best with worms being the most popular bait
Over at Buckenderra , Rushys, Seven Gates have been the places to go with some good results coming in.
Over the next few weeks with the lake coming up things are only going to get better
